The youngest of King Triton’s daughters and the most defiant, Ariel longs to find out more about the world beyond the sea and, while visiting the surface, falls for the dashing Prince Eric. While mermaids are forbidden to interact with humans, Ariel must follow her heart. “The Little Mermaid” is the beloved story of Ariel, a beautiful and spirited young mermaid with a thirst for adventure. There were several occasions when I replayed a course to get a perfect rating, and that's something I don't often do. There are stars on each track, too, which go toward your overall grade.

The courses are well designed and offer some really cool thrill moments. Thankfully, iStunt 2 offers enough fun to also strip away some of the potential frustration.
#ISTUNT 2 Y8 SERIES#
You have unlimited lives and a series of checkpoints, which alleviates the frustration, but just expect to replay sections of the courses over and over until you get the timing and landing position (which is sometimes perpendicular to the ground) just right. At times, it's pretty tough to see and manage the obstacles as they zoom into view, and so you suffer a lot of deaths. You are often just reacting to the course as it whips you through loops and flings you through the air. Now with a bunch of buttons on the screen, what was once a cool like physics racer suddenly felt like a – wait for it – video game.īig air Now, about that difficulty – iStunt 2 is very much like a rollercoaster. A piece of me thinks the last part was a step too far, because up until then, despite iStunt 2's difficulty, it felt rather everybody-friendly. But soon, you need to flick the screen to jump, swipe down to duck (typically under icicles or saw blades), and tap virtual buttons to grab either end of your board. At first, you only need to worry about tilting your device left and right to maintain proper landing position when your boarder sails through the air between ramps.
